גַּם אֶת־הָעֹלָם נָתַן בְּלִבָּם

מִבְּלִי אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יִמְצָא הָאָדָם

אֶת־הַמַּעֲשֶׂה אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂה הָאֱלֹהִים

מֵרֹאשׁ וְעַד־סוֹף

하나님이 모든 것을 지으시되

때를 따라 아름답게 하셨고

또 사람들에게는 영원을 사모하는 마음을 주셨느니라.

III. 핵심 이해 | Core Insight

전도서 3:11은

시간과 영원 사이에 서 있는 인간을 보여 줍니다.

“때”는

사람이 마음대로 소유하거나 조종할 수 있는 시간이 아닙니다.

하나님께서 정하신 시간입니다.

“아름답게”는

모든 일이 즉시 이해된다는 뜻이 아닙니다.

하나님의 때 안에서

그분의 질서와 뜻이 이루어진다는 뜻입니다.

“영원”은

인간 마음에 주어진 깊은 갈망입니다.

사람은 시간을 살지만

영원을 사모합니다.

그러나 인간은

하나님이 하시는 일을

처음부터 끝까지 다 측량할 수 없습니다.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 shows

human beings standing between time and eternity.

Time is not something

that humans can possess or control at will.

It is the season appointed by God.

Beautiful does not mean

that everything is immediately understood.

It means that within God’s time,

His order and purpose are fulfilled.

Eternity is the deep longing

placed in the human heart.

Human beings live in time,

yet long for eternity.

But human beings cannot fully measure

the work God does

from beginning to end.

하나님은

모든 것을 때에 맞게 아름답게 하십니다.

사람은 모든 일을 다 알 수 없지만,

하나님의 때를 신뢰할 수 있습니다.

God makes everything beautiful

in its time.

Human beings cannot know everything,

but they can trust the time of God.

V. 마지막 권면 | Final Counsel

모든 때를 붙들려 하지 마십시오.

모든 일을 다 설명하려 하지 마십시오.

영원을 사모하는 마음을

하나님께로 돌리십시오.

하나님은

당신이 이해하지 못하는 시간 속에서도

모든 것을 때에 맞게 아름답게 하십니다.

Do not try to hold every season.

Do not try to explain every work.

Turn your longing for eternity

toward God.

God makes everything beautiful

in its time,

even within seasons

you do not understand.
